How Does Bullying Affect Kids?

What to Do If You're Bullied

  • Stay Calm: Take a deep breath and try to stay calm.

  • Walk Away: If speaking up isn’t safe, walk away and find a trusted adult.
  • Talk to an Adult: Tell a parent, teacher, counselor, or another trusted adult.
